DescriptionAnnual report of the Griffith University Site and Buildings Division.

"The 1981 Report looked forward to this year as one where the major emphasis would be in providing a venue for the Commonwealth Games Village and its associated services. While that involvement was significant, it was not the sole function of the Division.

The most worrying effects becoming evident are the dramatically increasing costs of building operation and maintenance.
