In February of 2015, the University officially opened the Margaret Mittelheuser AM Trading Room at our Gold Coast campus. This facility was opened to honour the pioneering Margaret Mittelheuser AM who in 1964, became Australia's first female stockbroker. Our organisation also recognised the efforts of this remarkable woman by honouring her with a Doctor of the University award in 2006.
